I had so many dreams. Some were real-like and some were a mixed of fantasy. What do our dreams mean?

In psychology, dreams happen because when you are sleeping, you're subconscious mind works. Those thoughts that you buried in the deep recesses of your mind will be active and that often manifest in your dreams. Some of it are your fears, wishful thinking or anxiety that you may not aware that you have. It is better to have a dream diary where you can write all your dreams. After few months, you can revisit them and you might be surprise that some of them are reoccuring or sort of a continuity of another. Try to interpret it on your own way as you know yourself that any other. It is always related on what you are, your thoughts and experiences. You might notice also that some of your dreams are black and white and some are colored and so vivid. Sometimes, you are just a spectator and not the subject of your dream.

You'll be amazed at the result. Be sure that your diary is next with your bed as wee tend to forget some of our dreams as soon as we woke up.

I always think our dreams allow for us to see our deep inner thoughts. It is always interesting when I remember every detail of a dream and I can piece together to see the true meaning. My dreams have always felt a little like my spirit guide giving me direction.
