does face matter in a person's fate?

according to old people, a couple who have the same face will end up together. it is because once a man always with the woman their face will become the same. not really the same but some resemblance i think. they claimed that it is true to all. do you believe in that?

perhaps it is true and i can give some reasons for it though i don't know whether it is true or not. hus and wife live together in the same place and they eat the same food. they see each other every day. by and by they will also develop similar behaviors and habits. all these things make them resemble each other.
