whats ur opinion for your health .according to you what are the area which we have to consider to maintain our health.wat kind of food make us healthy.how many of you do regular exercise to maintain your health.wats ur opinion frndzzz...

Health is wealth. I agree this quote. If we do not have good health than we cannot do any work and then we won't earn anything. So, according to me we have to maintain health of each part of the body. When we say maintain health, we actually mean maintain health of ourselves and ourselves mean each and every part of us. So, to keep ourselves healthy, we can eat healthy food like a lot of green vegetables, food which have many kinds of nutrients in them like vitamins, proteins etc. And milk is very healthy as it has almost every nutrient in it. So, taking milk and egg in the morning as breakfast would be very healthy. I do exercise daily. In the morning I do a cardio exercise that is walking for 1 hour and then in the evening or in the night again I do 1 hour walking and some basic leg and hand stretching exercises to maintain my health as well as fitness.

I agree health is wealth.Without health we can't enjoy our wealth.My day's exercise schedule is i take a brisk walk for 45 minutes in the morning.Prior to th e walk i do loosening exercises.If i miss the walk i make it a point to do warm up exercise for 10 minutes followed by cycle for another 10 minutes and last i do the tread mill for 20 minutes.In the evening after my work is completed i take my dog out for a walk for about 25 minutes this is my workout schedule for the day.The day i skip this schedule i feel dull and lazy.

having proper food, doing regular exercises and keeping in good mood are the three important things that can make us healthy. perhaps most people know how to keep healthy but it's difficult to persist in doing all these things. only when people fall ill or are in poor health do they begin to do these things but sometimes it's too late.
