The best method for me is still the communication with people who speak the language you want to learn.Writing emails, discussing things, calling with skype, etc.I love watching TV programs and movies because it really helps me a lot.As for writing skills, you can try some online sites with nice grammar exercises. They offer different levels and you can choose what fits you the best.

Very important. You would be wasting time if you dropped the language course after the two years. You should finish. two languages is ok but three is hard to turn away. Then again an extra math credit is fantastic! i guess it would depend on your major. Talk to your guidance counselor they should be of great use.

I don't know about other languages but french is entirely different.I had the similar problems with that language. The main thing with french is conjugation of verbs. The verbs change for gender and even the pronouns each and everything changes for genders. It does not happen with English so we need to have a more concentration while learning french. Its better to learn conjugation of verbs very efficiently before taking it seriously.
