i am not sure what you mean by 'all the features'. but now a days you can get very decent mobiles for under Rs. 5000. many new brands have also entered the market which are low priced and have all the features which cost much less than reputed brands. so an extent that even reputed brands have started reducing prices and giving more features. for under Rs. 5000 you can get camera, media player, expandable memory, bluetooth....what else do you need....?

I think it all depends on what you want in the phone, and what you will use the phone for. The phone I have is an LG enVTouch, with a touch screen, and a qwerty keyboard. It has lots of features as well, some I will probaly use and some I might not, but they are there if I ever want to use them. It has youtube, twitter, photobucket, myspace, facebook and other features. I can access teh internet as well, and I can access mylot as well, and that is one of the main reasons I bought it, so I can be on mylot, when I can't get to my computer. I reaslly don't know one phone fronm another, as I have had different brands, but the LG is the best phone b far. Have a good day, and happy mylotting.
