Milan must look for experienced manager somewhere else. Demote Leonardo to second team coach. Let him learn more. Not ready for first team coaching role yet.

Leonardo can coach better if Milan have Better Players and not sell Kaka.

Milan still has a lack of defense point. and their key player are being old :( about kaka, there are still other player that can replace him, but milan can't find or afford him :)

I have a lot of respect for Leonardo but I have to admit that I was rather surprised when he got the AC Milan job as he has no experience as a manager. You have to say that if things don't change very soon AC Milan will have to look at the situation really seriously. With the players AC Milan have they should still be title contenders even without Kaka after he went to Real Madrid.

I think leonardo is not the right man to coach an illustrious club like milan. Leonardo can be an assistant manager at this point to learn from a more experience manager. I don't reckon he's the right man to guide them now.

yes he is still has lack of experience for being leader of Big Club AC Milan may be he can try beeing coach of the junior team or beeing an assistant manager in other point, the squad is also not in a good composition good luck, Leo

It's a little early to think about sacking Leonardo. The guy is in a no win situation. Milan can't really spend money because of Berlusconi. The team just lost their best player. An already old team is getting older. Pato is still very much developing. They had to sell Gourcuff because the deal was already agreed. What can Leonardo do? He's been left in a position where it is nearly impossible for him to win.

I don't know if Leonardo will be sacked right away, but I personally don't think he's able to coach a big club like AC Milan. I think a couple of bad results more and Berlusconi will find himself a better coach.
