I need some ideas of foods I can eat which require no preparation. As a guide the things I am eating already are bananas and grapes as I can easily just pick these up and eat them. I also manage to eat yoghurts. For the record I am a vegetarian and am trying to find some foods with nutritional value not like biscuits and things. I know I can have fruit so I need some ideas for a more balanced diet. Thanks!

Dried fruits such as raisins, dates, prunes are also good for you in addition to being convenient and quick to eat. They are a good source of fiber, vitamins and minerals. What about granola bars, cereals, rice cakes? They are wholesome, healthy and nutritious.
