Most pepele cannot sleep well when they are suffer from large pressure from work or study. Sometimes, we lie on the bed for ling time, but we can not go to sleep. In thses case, I think listenning some light music or drinking some milk is a good idea. Tell yourself that relaxing, and think nothing, breath slowing. You will go to sleep soon. Best wishes.

Not at all. That is the reason for many sleepless night that I have. When I'm worring about something I can't shut my brain off and I just end up tossing and turning, putting the TV on, reading, Praying. Its really bad when you can't sleep and you see the clock at 2am 3am 5am etc....

When I'm tensed, or stressed, or something like that, I find that I have a little more difficulty falling asleep and/or staying asleep. Among these stressful and restless nights, there are nights when I have a lot more difficulty than others. It really depends on the nights.
