facebook and looking for work

ok i am searching for work and keep hearing about employers checking out facebook, myspace and all the social networks to find employees. i put my profile to that private mode. i talk to my friends alot on facebook and myspace and its really really not work related at all means. we have fun. ok somethings are really bad like taking quizzes" who has a dirty mind" stuff like this. stuff you wouldnt want your employer to see or even hear about you doing. lol. so if i am on private mode isnt this ok. and this means the potential employers wont see this right? just a thought. lol.
