Freeware alternatives to expensive software?

We all love a bargain,So to find out that there is a whole world of free software out there is such an enjoyable experience.What i would like to ask you is which freeware program,Of which there is a paid version,Impress you most?So say there is an expensive piece of software on the market,Which freeware product have you uncovered that is just as good if not better than the expensive version,And free?

In fact, there are lots of freewares on the Internet, most of which are developed by some open-source community.
My favorite software is Mozilla Firefox, a popular browser among all freewares and all kinds of main browsers. Compared with other browsers(such as Internet Explorer), Firefox is more safe and stable. At the same time, its various add-ons, extensions are very popular among all Firefox users.
Yes, Firefox give me a better experience than other browsers for fee.
