my husband is glued to Halo 3 and now he wants ODST. what is the obsession with this game? he is in a clan or group on halo 3 and I think he thinks he is back in the army when he plays. any advice?

Is your husband playing online? Because you need live for that, maybe setting a limit on how much live points he can spend. Personally, I like HALO Combat Evolved better because online is free. It is really easy to get hooked onto halo. Ic your husband has been playing constantly for over a week, then he is definatly hooked. Be careful.

I am a gamer too..so I would say...let him play...or even better play with him...it might be fun incarnate a big soldier of fortune...a tough gay...or a warrior lady..amazon like...could be fun for you both...take care

he keeps trying to get me to play but I don't have the time to play we have 3 kids and I need my rest.

i can understand why he may be attached to that online community. from my experience men who spend a lot of time online in games don't get much time with their friends and this becomes their means of socializing. try to get him into more social events like parties with friends or family and maybe have regular meetings with friends like poker fridays or something.

tell me about it we have 3 kids too. he works at night so when he gets home while the kids and I sleep he plays and said that he cant sleep so he might as well do something because he sleeps till he goes back into work and I am seriously about to break the game. (lol) not really but it just gets me so mad.
