Help! I don't know what to do...

I have a Fujitsu notebook which is suppose to be touchscreen, it crashed and got reformatted... the touchscreen feature was lost, and now i don't know what to do to bring it back...
can anyone help me? what do i need to do?

I hate when that happens. I have been able to recover once or twice when that happened. At least enough to get my main stuff off. Do the following before you run anything else on that notebook:
On another computer, go online and look for some unformat undelete software. Some of it is free. Create a CD. Run this on your notebook. Hopefully this will bring back your system. Good luck.
