Stress is a bad feeling. It is commonly associated with headaches which makes one feels irritated and depressed. Stress can also lead to serious health problems like high blood, heart problems, shortness of breathing and etc. Everyday we encounter different types of stress from work to home. How do you handle stress? Me? If I am stress-out and at home, I just look at my baby because I find peace by simply looking at his innocent face. I also drink water to ease my tension. I do consider resting for about 10 mins before I resume to what I am doing. I give myself a time out. In doing those things, I notice that I am getting a clearer understanding on how to fulfill the things I need to do. So what about you? Mind to share your ways in handling stress?

With so many things happening in the course of a day, one suffers from stress. My work takes so many hours each day, and so by the end of the day, I feel so stressed. One way I have been managing to ease stress is practising yoga meditation. I do that every evening after I get back home from work. I would practise atleast 30 minutes. That helps a lot in relieving from stress. Yoga meditation is god for mental health as well as physical stress.

Yes I heard that yoga is a good way to ease tension and stress. I haven't tried that yet but I'm planning. Thank you so much for responding.

When I'm stressed I like to seclude myself from everyone else. I take a hot bath and do things that I enjoy like sleep, watch a good movie, read a good book, surf the internet, or have a nice warm meal. I try to stay away from others when I'm stressed because I tend to get aggitated easier during stressful times, and I don't want to lash out at anyone because I'm stressed or in a bad mood.

We really should stay away from others when stressed. I agree with you. Most of the time, it happens to me, I got into argrumentation because I don't feel good anymore and there was this one person trying to say so many things to me. Its irritating to listen to so much talks. I want quiet time and space when stress out.

Nice to hear that you can sleep when you are stressed out. With myself, I find sleeping very difficult because my mind tend to be very occupied and even if I tried to hard I still cannot and end up more stressed. I should cool myself down first. Thanks for sharing.
