Hi....Filippino friends I am from India. Philippines is one of my best Interests and you can find it from my discussions. I am living in a big land where we always have values and principles. Our culture and civilisation is one of the oldest and the best in the world. Here my subject is corruption. I think we are the most corrupted country in the world. May be the studies and statists may tell the name of some other country as the most corrupted one. Here in India we have to give bribe for an Election card, ration card, paassport, driving licence and sometimes to get a post at our home. It is common here to give bribe for anything. The offficials, politicians and may be the judges also. Without money nothing is going to happen. May be this is the curse of a democacy. The common man can not live a life here. Always suicide. This is the defect of our system. The people those who are in power are not serious. The common man is suffering and there will be a temptation for the suicide. Let me ask my Philippines friends , what is the situation in Philippines. Whether the corruption is acceptable to you as it give you the immediate results.

I'm ashamed of the corruption happening here in the Philippines. Bribery are happening in different government agencies. That's why many foreign investors complaining about bribing to be permitted to open up a business here. I don't know what are the actions of the authorities here because as of now bribing is rampant.

I am a Filipino, and sad to say that corruption is very rampant here. You can observe from everyday life. Corruption can be seen from the lowest level of government office to the highest level.

I am sorry to hear the unpleasant things you have to live with everyday. I pray that change will come to your country and people would lead better lives. Here in the Philippines, the situation is not unlike yours. The poor gets poorer and the rich prosper even more. There is still corruption, you only have to read the news to learn about our own politicians escapades with the people's tax money. I guess corruption is something that will not disappear not in a long time, it has been around for years and still growing strong. As long as people want the quick way out of anything. Let us hope that for the sake of both our own countries that true change will come and the government will be true to its purpose and that is to serve the common people.
