hi friends, this question i specially bring forth for boys who stay at the hostel(away from home) and bachelors. I stay at the hostel and until my second year I used to get all my clothes bundled to home to get them washed(i didn't like the laundry in my college). Anyways now, i don't find enough time to come home weekly so I am learning and getting used to washing clothes. Dinu :)

There is no way I'm going to wash my own clothes, ya may be because I'm too lazy to it. I think I have too much work to do & after all time is money. So usually someone at my home would take care of that. Happy Lotting

taz and simon men who do laundry are not gay.I highly doubt if you saw my hubby you would say this to him.It is helpful and most women like a man who helps if they are both doing their fair share!

Gay!! they are not considered as men, so there is no comparison to masculine. The are not strong both mentally or physically like men & they have more womanish character.

It's always been an issue to men in washing their own clothes. Men find it hard they rather clean the house than do the laundry. It's rare to see men doing house hold choir that girls usually do or they are just busy finding money. Do you find it gay less masculine? I'm curious.

When i saw your post for the first time, i thought that you are from Romania, because i did the same thing . In my first year of college , i was coming home with some baggage with dirty clothes , but in the second year , i`ve started to wash some for myself . I didn`t had a washing machine , and it took me so long to do that . Now, i`m in my 3th year of collge, and now i`ve rented again an appartement , but now i`m having a washing machine there and i just hope that it will work, because i really need that . I like to be clean all the time .

Well, being in second year my parents say, 'You don't know too much about the outside world' so, i had to put up at the hostel but I will be going out in my 3rd year and by then I will get a machine to do my washing he he :) I find manual washing a bit too tedious... if I dump too many clothes with the bucket of detergent then the clothes stink after some time so I have to do it with 5 clothes at a time. But still I enjoy washing clothes when I have company. Dinu :)

hello, me i am a quarter of a century old, but i never experience washing clothes. I guess i'm just lucky to always have someone to do them for me. But even though, i think washing clothes is not that hard. After all there is a wash care label and washing machine to help us with. Happy my lotting!

I only learn to wash my clothes after I graduated in college because my partner told me so. At first it was not easy for me even though I'm using a washing machine, my clothes usually thrown in the garbage after washing. Before, I used to rely on our house maid in washing my clothes, fixing my stuff, ironing my clothes, and even those clothes I'm going wear, she is in charge.

It is good to hear that you have found enough time to wash your own clothes Dinu because my son finds it too difficult to wash it in the weekends here specially whenever he is washing TV, he does not want to incline to his own chores...smiles...thanx

i was also away from home back in the day during school days. it was really tough dealing with the manual laundry and demands of study together. it was fun in a way. but with the recent place that i rented with my friends, no area to hang or dry them so we sent our clothes to the laundry shop. :)
