Has anyone ever bought a driving experience voucher for a Lamborgini?

I bought a Lamborgini and Ferrari driving experience for my boyfriend. Unfortunately he wasn't able to use it before the end of its expiry. The website states that once the voucher has expired it is voided. Has anyone experienced the same? I thought that consumer rights always a voucher to be always valid or at a minimum that the company will allow you to extend the voucher. Has anyone had this type of voucher extended?
