how can you be happy if you'r in a sad situition? what is the best thing to do?

well ignore it...coz the more you think the more you sad...go out with your friends and see movie or go outing so that you cannot think the sad situation that happen in your life...busy your self if you have work just work in a normal way...then you realize that the sad thing happen to you have gone....do not think that the sad thing happen to you is the end of the world...always remember that if you have life you always think that life is beauty that god give to us...

it is difficult to be happy in a sad siuation but then one cannot afford to be sad in front of everyone. there are times when we need to conceal our anguish to let the world know that we are happy. in such a situation, one has to project a plastic smile in front of people and keep the sad story hidden. well, if you yourself wish to get rid of the sadness, forget the anguish then you can try out ay one of the following- - engage yourself in something that interests you the most, it could be sports, television, movies, ats& crafts, reading etc. - try to make others happy either by helping them or by bringing a smile on their faces. you would feel happy if you succeed in your act. - spend time with innocent children. their little talks and questions would make your forget your problem for a while - finally, ditermine yourself to come out the problem as soon as possible, life has to go on in any situation so life must be lead happily. HAPPY LIVING!!

..hi.. well, I have been into that situation and I manage to smile despite of my hard situation.. If you ever encounter or viewed the movie "the secret", it teaches how to be positive in every situation we face.. When I was in that situation, I did my best to change my mindset.. I wanted to be happy so I tried to remember things on the brighter side.. U tried remembering my happy moments and look at my situation in the positive side.. You see, it is our choice to be happy or not.. If we want to be affected by the hardships we are in, then we will really be unhappy because we allowed things to influence us.. But if we take every situation as a step for us to be a better person, then we will realize later that we can actually beat our hardships and turn that as an inspiration to continue moving forward.. For me, I usually leave unhappy thoughts and focus on the happy thoughts.. I may be in a tough situation now but because I believe I could overcome this, I know I can be happy.. there will always be a way to find happiness in the midst of hardships and difficulties of life.. It is also the time when the people who tell us that they love us are tested.. We see those people who really care for us because they will be on our side no matter what situation we are in.. We could also determine who our real friends are.. I hope what I've shared could help you.. One thing I want you to understand is, we attract everything that comes into our lives, may it be positive or negative thing.. So our thoughts are very important because what we think about, it come about.. If you insist you're still unhappy, then you are.. but if you think you are happy then you will be.. Again, it is just a matter of choosing the positive side and looking at the brighter side of everything.. God bless
