Do You Live Off Of PTC Sites??

I was wondering if many people who do PTC sites, do those for a living, because when I tried, I have not made even 500 dollars a year, and to imagine people living off of PTC sites, is unimaginable.
If you do live off the PTC sites, please tell me how you do it, because I would like to use it as my part time job, maybe on the weekends, or summer.

I tried them for a while too; but it's like chasing your tail to make a few dollars a year. You can't really take anybodies word about their earnings either, because they are most likely trying to get you to sign up under their referral link.
I have scoured the Internet for ways of making money and every one of them seem to require a lot of man hours for very little pay.
