What are you doing for Halloween? Are you taking your kids out trick or treating? Or are you going to just pass out candy with them? When my kids were younger I took them out trick or treating all the time. Now you have to watch where you take your kids anymore so they can be safe in what they are getting. Do you just take your kids to family members and get candy or around your neighbors that you know?

I will be at my job. I will be throwing a halloween party for my residents in the retiremnt home that I work at, and my grandkids will be stopping by for a bit before they head out for trick or treats.

now that sounds like a nice thing for you to do for them. It makes a kids day when they go trick or treating. But in a safe area of course. Its nice you get to throw a party at your work place. It is always nice to enjoy it with your friends and neighbors. Have a great day.

since I live way out in the woods no one comes to my house anyway, so I go off to town and go out with my friends and their kids. It is fun to watch all the excited kids running from one house to the next then bragging about what they got. It is also neat to see all the different costumes, which have become so commercial ever since they figured out a way to put those air pumps into the costumes. Now you will see a kid dressed as a charecter from the movie Cars. Dressing like a car would have been difficult back 25 years ago when I was going around begging for candy.
