owner is not fun

I worked at a company, my first in my promised thanks once every 3 months there will be increasing kualitan and raises, but when I lived almost 2 years, that promise was never fulfilled. Even as Hari Raya Idul Fitri should I get a bonus 1 time salary but what I have received nothing from the half of my salary. other than that I do not get health insurance or vacation. Where are you guys like? whether the owner of your company like that?

ya, i ever get the experienced like that my friends. i think the position of workers like us is so weak. maybe the workers department must give attention to protect the workers right.
