PHILIPPINES HIT BY STORM ONDOY(take time to reflect)

What does this have to do with being a believer? I could not believe in my own eyes that Metro Manila could suddenly be hit by this storm Ondoy recently. So many have been stranded and flooded due to the storm that hits diff. areas of the philippines. Many were shattered, many became afraid and noone could ever dared imagined themselves being hit and stricken by this historical phenomena that hit the Philippine islands. If you were in that situation where you see flood coming right at your very doorstep, could not imagine yourself who would you save first, which ones to save, what thinking would one have in order to make oneself peaceable during that dire time? Isn't it funny that lots of people were more concerned with their belongings rather than having to realize that God the most powerful one had his ways of making people realised about their cruelty, selfish acts, and greediness and most especially cruelty among nature that we ourselves would suffer in the end? Take for instance the non stop throwing away of trashes elsewhere with no respect for nature per se, neither, being intolerant of those who cuts trees for construction of residential buildings and so many more that we dont have any respect for the nature anymore which God had made and created for our own usage not to abuse but to enjoy with great care and respect too. We ourselves right now has to realise this sudden dreaded disaster that took place!!!. The horrible scene and scary events that took place on diff. areas of the Philippines. Lets all not fail to realise that there is a GOD who created all this and He is also be the one IN AN INSTANT to take away all of these things too.in just a wink of an eye... Dont get me wrong noone has to suffer like this but unless we human beings learn to realise the self greed and self gratification , non stop self gain we too could also be wiped out in just one click. Let this be a learning event and lets not fail to thank God and to be contented at all times, for all his wonderful creations that we ourselves has to respect too.
