Have you ever went on a blind date?

I have never went on a blind date because I want to know who I am going on a date with. It would be stupid to go on a blind and not know anything about the person you are going out with. It is a scary thought. What if the person you were going out with has a crimanal past, ugly, or not even your type. I am the type of person who wants to know who I am dating. It is important to know who you are dating.

I went on a blind date for one of my balls at college. He was a friend of a friend of a friend. Never met he before the ball and things were a little awkward when we introduced. It did however turn out to be a great night however we never met again after that. I suppose as they say there were no sparks! It can be fun but if you do consider going on a blind date it should always be a public place at least until you get to know each other. Good luck if you try it!!!

Aren't people typically set up on blind dates by their friends? So you should be able to trust your friends not to set you up with some scary person. I've never been on a blind date. I've never really been on a date. I went from my high school boyfriend to the guy that is my husband now. We have our dates now, but I guess its not the same.
