giving up on cigarrettes

October 1, 2009 7:26am CST
I recently decided to quit smoking. 19 years of burning my lungs and now I've had enough. the only problem is I find it hard to stay relaxed for a long period of time. Its my third day today and it feels like I'm a millisecond away from hurting someone. For this reason I have cut myself off from the rest of the world. I'll go to college in the morning and where I would normally go for a drink or a coffee shop in the afternoon I go straight home, get my homework done and then spend the rest of my time watching films or surfing the internet. can anyone tell me when the cravings will stop, will I ever feel normal or relaxed again?
