Very basic, water is composed of 2 molecules of Hydrogen and 1 molecule of Oxygen thus it became H2O. It has many uses. Give me one or two. Water can also be associated with some diseases, they might be term water borne diseases, either be amoebiasis, caused by amoeba (a protozoan) cryptosporidiosis , giardiasis and many others.
