How can I get referral exchanges?

Well I just signed up for a great site. It had just been around not very long. I only signed up after seeing proof of payment. You can earn 148.80 a year off the site. The thing is that I have no clue how to go about getting referrals or even do exchanges for sites. If any of you could give me great tips that would be really great. Also if you more info on the site just ask. I don't want to put to much info in the discussion because I don't want the discussion deleted. Well I will wait to hear all your tips.

Hello, I did look around on the site and all before I decided to join. And there is a awesome Forum and they have where you can get in contact with the Support through email.
