October 4, 2009 2:10am CST know what my father had an insomnia before but ... i think his insomnia was the worst.. we did everything to him already.. .. but one thing really works...if you really cannot sleep...then exercise even until dawn... or keep reading .. and of course to replace all the sweats comes out.. replace it right away but no to all caffeinated drinks... try milk or juice and the best is .. Water... try it ... really works.....

I think you have a point, what i heard, apple will help too. Apple had some substance that will help you to sleep faster. Before sleeping, make sure that you grab some apple. Water also very good in helping you to sleep as well.
