good friend got a surgery

hi all! my good friend underwent a surgical procedure last tuesday. i am not sure how it is called. but her ovary and matching fallopian tube were taken out because of a growing cyst. my husband and i were supposed to visit her in the hospital that day, but since there was nobody to take care of our baby, we were not able to. the following days, my small family took off to my parents' house because my husband needed my help on a certain subject. we met and brainstormed etc. when we came back the following day, i got busy and my husband got busy. and i was also unusually tired. like a walking doll, i would immediately fall asleep whenever my back hit the bed. that was how exhausted i was. add to that, i got back to working on the ministry today. but after the worship service, we dropped by their house already, bringing our baby along. we could not take her to the hospital you know. so anyway, my good friend is very understanding. we share a deep bond. we are not best friends, but i consider her my spiritual friend, because we both feel in our spirits what the other person needs. and we don't feel bad against each other easily. she didn;t take it against us that we were not able to visit her in the hospital. how about you? how would you feel? take care all!
