smart work or hard work which is better!!!!!

They said hard work you get success. Smarter way make it easy or save time. There is a couple of man ax woods. the first took it continuously until it done while the other rest-do-rest-snack-do-finish. They finished at the same time with the same amount they produced. Tied - Draw. The first man save snack and drink. And save time in his way of thinking. And saving in his rest time or task done. While the other obey his thirst and hunger. Feel good and he think he is smart guy. And give himself a rest. For me the are draw. Both hard worker and smart worker but when you possess these two are big success for thee. i have heard many saying that hard work will lead you to success but i oppose them because it's smart work which matters a lot these days... when you've a brain just put in ur best to make a particular task easy and simple so that you could solve it in a minute rather than wasting couple of hours by working hard ie. trying out every possible way to solve it.
