...hi rachell!!! let's talk about first your diet? even you do 10 reps. of push-ups and 30 reps. of cruches and you don't have properly plan diet, you are too far to reach your goal, exercise + diet (low carbs. low calorie) + discipline is basic key in firming your abs. by the way, how many sets do you do for push-ups and crunches? co'z abs. is consist of slow twitch muscles so more sets and reps. is more effective. what is your goal have firm abs. or triceps? co'z doing push-up will not firm your triceps, there's lot of exercises to firm your triceps there's, isolation exercise like, bench dips, parallel bar, triceps pushdown, dumbbell kickback, dumbbell or barbell triceps extensin, etc..

...hi there again rachell..thanks for being concern with your fitness, co'z right now i'm also into it too and i made a lot of improvements..the best thing you can do is, first, watch what you put into your mouth, literally, hehehe!! have a nice diet plan, the idea is lessen your carbohydrate (carbs) and calorie intake and fats, co'z this energy food are number one culprit in having flappy arms and abs (limit your rice intake, or substitute rice to oatmeal, limit your sweets and saturated fats intake)....the key is discipline/sacrifice, to meet your goal. second to your regiment is exercise, do some cardio. exercise 20-30mins. a day or 3x a week, like jogging, jumping rope, stationary bike or conventional bike, after toning or cutting your fats thats the only time you can do your push-up (push-up is a compound exercise, it hits several parts of your muscles, like shoulder, chest and triceps) and crunches to firm your muscles (crunch is isolation exercise, it's only focus to your abdominals muscles, there are different variation of this exercise to hit the different parts of your abs, for upper abs do regular crunch, for lower abs, do seated knee raise and for obliques or sides of your abs. do crunches but this time the concentration is stress on your obliques/side of your abs, do it alternately)...if you have extra budget you can also use fat burning supplements so you can achieve your goal at lesser time, but make sure your supplements has no stimulant or caffine, avoid hydroxycut this is nasty pill that can affect your liver, choice supplements that has higher L-Carnitine, but my best pill for fat burning is MEGA FAT BURNER by OPTIMUM NUTRITION (ON), a U.S brand diet pill and it's very effective and cheap and you can purchase it here distributed by fitness supplements phil....well there you go..i hope this well help..if you have problems in using supplements, just ring me and i will help you out..have a nice day!

...oh rachell..before i forgot, always keep track your statistics every end of the week, have a monitoring board for your waist girth, body fat percentage and weight so you'll be needing weighing scale and tape measure and to know your percentage of fat, which is also important to monitor use this formula: 1. body weight = (bodyweight x 1.082) + 94.42 2. lean bodyweight = (waist girth x 4.15) - bodyweight total 3. body fat percentage = (bodyweight - lean bodyweight) x 100 / bodyweight ...go! go! and burn those stubborn fats....wwooohaaaa!!
