Facebook pages.

Hi all, i have a facebook profile, well who does`nt these days, and have been setting it up for a while, i have posted all my links for sites what i have got or joined up with and done everything else with it, i was on some other site i forgot which one it was but i got sent back to facebook but it was a single page that i was viewing what a business guy set up or something, now i have had a look at these pages and i am half way through building one, does anyone know a little about setting them up as it would be really helpful to me, thanks.
