I get up at 4 am everyday. I do my usual meditation and excercises. The i indulge in my morning work. At 6 i take bath in cold water. No matter what the atmospheric temperature i prefer to take bath in cold water. This i have found by experience as a good rejuvenator for the body. You are more cheerful and active. I have also found that people who take bath in hot water are dull and dry by nature.They lack enthusiasm. Is it true?
