Successful earning online

Would you say that you are successful earning online? As for me, I am still struggling. I haven't earned that substantial income online but this is the only work I can since I am a stay at home mom and because of my age it's hard to get a job here in our country. Please share some tips on how to be successful earning online.

I think earning online for me is mostly for something extra and it's not that easy to strike it rich online. But I do respect people whom say, have been at it long in writing sites like 3-4 years and having the determination to wait for things to happen for them.

I read somewhere that we should be patient when doing this online thing. But, the question is how long do we have to hang on.

A few months, if you can stick to the rules. Like for me, I use the writing method to improve my writing part, and at the same time, I gain from there too. You can try blogging, but it's a slow process.
