when do you start feeling that you are getting old?

comes to the age of 30, i started feeling that i am really getting old, well older is the right word. your body first start response to you with alert for some activities which should be perfect ok when you are in you early 20th, like stay over night sort of things. for women once we have kids, by watching your kids grow each and everyday, that feel will become stronger and stronger. you are not the hotspot on the market anymore, more and more 20 something girls is taking your places in the society. do you feel that as well?

i am also in my 30's now and i understand how your feeling. i was very active in my younger years can carry lots of heavy stuffs, can run around here and there without any trouble, but now i don't seem to be able to do such things. i can still jump around, run but i easily get tierd now a days and my knees starts to buckle down. I know age is catching up on me but i don't want to give up to it easily. i still try my best to be in shape, still goes around doing stuff. i try not to think about how old i am. cause i believe i should think positively.

It is scary and sometimes sad to have the thought that I am getting old. I am in late twenties now. I know that every person should accept the thought that he or she is getting old day by day. I became very upset when I saw a white hair on my head. It made me upset for the whole day, then I changed my mind to accept it. Let us don't think about the fact that we are getting old.
