Meditation, exercise and yoga

Do you do Meditation, exercise and yoga? Do you really feel benefit from them? I tried them for a week but was not able to feel something new? Do I have to keep doing them to feel their benefit? I have heard people saying that doing meditation will improve your concentration, is it true? Comment upon these things...

meditation? just practice absolute non-thought as often as you not so easy as you might think
