must read all instructions before filling a form..

do you read all instructions..when you getting filling a form..like any competitive form,exam form...etc...and I read instructions carefully before filling a form..I saw many times..many person fill form before reading instructions..and after submitting or filling the form they realize his guilty..and they get lose.. so you are also that type of person..or you reading all instructions before submit forms..so please share your valuable response..

Hi anurag, I am one of the other category. More specifically, I get my forms filled by others if I can. :) Most of the time, my father does the needful. At other times, it is one of my friends who becomes a victim of my laziness. If and only if neither of them are around do I end up filling and then I dont read it as well as u all do. :(
