Email from MSN

Can anyone tell me if they have had an Email from MSN saying that there is a new Messenger with extra security
After all the carry on I will not download it as I usually get a pop up from MSN when there is a newer Version of MSN which I have not had
I am a bit concerned about the Email so if anyone else has got it and has downloaded it, is it ok

Personally I do not use MSN messenger myself, but I would think that with a lot of the SPAM emails going around, that unless it is from MSN themselves... that this is SPAM and a HOAX so your best bet it to Trash it as well. Personally it is better to be Safe than Sorry.
