Dear Bloggers and Adsense users , pls help

I had created a blog 3 months back it was like nothing at that point of time but i started writing things in it and now it grew big but i had montenized it when i started it and it had no content for few days and adsense disapproved it now after that i was not able to add adsense to my blog even though it has many visitors i am still disapproved , what shall i do to make them approve it Do u have some treatment What is the criterion according to which they approve or disapprove ur blog for adsense account pls tell guys pls help have u faced it b4, pls guide me on the same
