question about task?

Yesterday I accepted one task here. I have worked on it. As topic I selected is such that there are similar legal wordings written by me as I search from other websites. So the task owner rejected my task & blocked me for accepting any other task of him/his. Now today when I see in my task dashboard, I found same person's task with same task. So my question is, is it possible that you see in your task dashboard such kind of thing happened?
