Trouble responding to discussions.

Ok so here is the problem not that you will be able to respond to this if your having the same problem I am but maybe some of those that arent having the problem can help us fix it. I saw a discussion I wanted to respond to went and clicked the respond to this discussion and when the page reloads its still on the same page. So then I try to start a discussion and I am able to has any one else had this problem now or the past. And if you did what did you do to fix it. And to all the people that I wanted to respond to your discussions I am sorry but for some weird reason beyond me I am unable to respond to discussions.
