What's going on here?

All weekend I've been having a hard time trying to respond to discussions or even start some. Is anyone else having this same problem? Anyone know what is going on here?

HI Shar19, yes i have. i've been away for around 9 months. what brought me back was a few responses to replies i made 9 months ago. hehe.
