Studies depress me!

A brain can take things for 20 mins.. so after every 20 mins take break .. sleep and study..study in morning time ..sleep is the best medicine for depression ..sleep well before u study above all u eat only veg during this exam time ..do exercise stay fit..sleep sleep sleep the more u sleep u are more away from depression...

There are a lot of medicines out there that are supposed to reduce depression but they have many side effects. Studying puts my mood down too. What helps me is taking a break and having a hot drink and listening to music on a low volume. Maybe you can try to see if it helps before you decide on taking medication.

Hi ranmal, how studies depree you? how do you feel? What are you thinking about? hehe~ whatever you think and you feel,depression is power, believe me! So if you feel depressed now, then, it is the time the chance coming now. By this way, you should be excited because the chance is coming. hehe~~kids, don't be upset, everyting will be ok. The situation is not so serious.But I think you should think obout the current situation, what is the reason for study to depress you? Did you do something wrong? Or there are something you should improved to get a better study?Once you figure out, you should take it into effect. Yesterday is past, tomorrow is coming, Good luck to you~

Hi! First of all the term depression is misused quite often by people.only a qualified psychiatrist can determine if u are really depressed or not and need medicines.so please don't jump to conclusions. don't force urself to study if u don't like studying. find out what else u are good at and try and excel in those areas. textbook studies is not the end of the world.

You get depressed when you study? then don't study. How can you define that depression? Regardless, maybe you need to chill out and take a moment to relax, you might be studying too hard. Distract yourself, watch a movie, do some excercise, play games, whatever helps you.
