Cool looking semitransparent notepad

I came across this program and thought it was really awesome and would like to share with you. The program StNotepad is a semitransparent cool looking notepad. It has nice transparency that lets you see whats behind the window. I have never seen such type of applications where the the window is transparent but the text and menus are opaque. You can even adjust the transparency and colors.
