Let "buy guns" be "bygones"? is a gunless society the ideal?

Do you want the society to be gunless meaning firearms will be allowed in the armed forces only and never to civilians?
What about the saying...if guns are outlawed, only outlaws will have guns and ordinary citizen will not have anything to protect themselves.
Do you think owning firearms is sometimes necessary?
What about the dangers of accidents?

American citizens to keep and bear arms is an inalienable constitutional rights.
However,in china or not work,probable because too many reasons for the population Bar.
Vulnerzble groups of society ,the eledlery,children,ladies,who are particularly vulnerable to robbery,harhssment,threats and other factors.
Recommends that the goverment can allow ordinary citizens to carry a number of non-lethal weapons,such as tear gas agents,electric pistol,etc.
