The purpose of this discussion is to find out if renting referrals at NeoBux is profitable or not. Many people are doing this like a business and I want to know if you are doing it too. If yes, how much do you earn this way? Please share your experience with neobux.

That all depends.
If you have been familiar with the rules and tips of renting referrals, you can try to make a little investment firstly and rent some referrals in order to make money quickly. But as far as I know, there are still some people who can't get what they want and waste money.
I have made a investment on Neobux to rent dozens of referrals. And fortunately, I have gotten paid twice from Neobux.
