So I gave in and read the first Twilight book, I wasn't impressed at all by the movie, but everyone said the book was sooo much better. Now, I know there are a lot of people that will disagree with me, but I thought the book was exactly like the movie. The one thing I was impressed with was how much the movie stuck to the book. However, I did not see the appeal that everyone raved about. I know there are a ton of fans, as I said, but did anyone else out there have the same opinion? This was not my favorite book, and I doubt I will be reading any of the rest of the series. If you are one of the huge fans, what exactly did you really enjoy about this story?

I haven't watched the movie, but I really enjoyed the books, as you progress with the books, you learn that it becomes more than just a love between a vampire and human, it becomes epic. But you should read the whole series, and you will see what I mean by them all. I wasn't really much into New Moon, but if you ever do start reading it, i suggest you finish reading the book. Don't stop.

Yes, you should continue reading the books, maybe you fall in love with them later or at least you'll finish the saga that you've started and you'll have a whole point of view about the books

Hi amy: i think (and my sister will kill me for telling this) that the book was not that big and that it's so written for little teenage girls that i can't concentrate in the reading. In the other hand, there are some intense scenes in the book, for exemple Bella's decition so sacrifice herself for the sake of her mom. It's not bad but it's not one of my favourite books. I'll give him 3/5 stars

I completely agree. I'm not saying the book was all bad. The scene with her mom was great, but I did feel sorry for Charlie. I do think it was written for teenage girls as well. Maybe I would have enjoyed it more if I was a bit younger.

I like the movie... It relates on a certain person who's inloved in an immortal and vice versa... I'm impressed during night time when the vampire is always watching and guiding here regardless of some troubles he had experienced... It' a very nice LOVE STORY. I LIKE IT!...LOL
