How does it feel to live in a country that approves drug use?

I've heard there are countries that legalize the use of marijuana(hemp) and some other drugs. That's pretty cool. Ahahah. Though I've never used one.:p I'm just wondering how does it feels to live in a country like that. Maybe people in it experience total freedom. Wow. What do you think?
