I love bananas! They'r great source of energy, while sing for example, because they digest fast. I eat them whenever we have them, and I don't find anything else. They'r a good breakfast or snack or even lunch. They can be made in to a delicious dessert, when served with ice cream and chocolate :D I

Hi, gymnastics. I usually will eat my bananas between meals. Every now and then, I will eat them by itself just for breakfast. This is when I am only hungry and when I don't want anything big to eat for breakfast.

Since I just started my diet ,I usually take 2 bananas with oatmeal in the morning. The oatmeal taste better with it. Bananas contains vitamin B, some of my friends told me this and because I am vitamin B deficiency now, I try to eat at least 4 day.

I try and make sure that I eat some fruit every day. It doesn't always work out that way, but that's usually the plan! I had a colleague who used to eat only fruit one day in the week. Breakfast, lunch, dinner,in between snacks, drinks - were all fruity & fruit-based. No coffee, no tea, nothing. Oh yeah, she used to drink water, of coruse. And she said doing that really cleaned out her system. I thought that was a good idea as soon as I heard it, and decided I would do the same....That was a year ago. Let's just say I'm still planning to have my 'once a week fruit day' :)
