Hi there! What i heard about Omega 3 fatty acid is that it is good for the heart. Those who are in high risk of cardiovascular disease must have it on their daily diet to lessen the possibility to have a heart disease. I always see Omega 3 on salmon or tuna can labels and on my Quaker's Oatmeal (a brand of oatmeal). I guess we can have the benefit of it on many products and trying fresh goods, like buying fresh tuna will be nicer.

Thanks to respond. Ok, it is for cardiovascular disease. But I don't eat Fish, becoz I don't like its smell. Can I take Nutrilite "Salmon Omega 3". Is it as beneficial as you said.?
