i'm Bangladeshi, can i have a paypal account by using my china address ?

I'm Bangladeshi by birth ,my nationality also Bangladeshi, its not a paypal country. but in every two month i have visit china since 2004 for my business purpose. so if i like to get a paypal account by using my china address, is there will any happen for me in future ? could you please advice me from your experience and idea ?

We allowed to create the pay pal account only with the permanent residential address.You may not have a legal address in china or it may be a temporary one.Even if both the countries have the pay pal service and if we are about to change the country of residence, we need to close the old account and then create the new account with the residential account of the new county.If you are able to get the citizenship in china, then you can create the account.This may be somewhat difficult and depends on you.

your respond and content really helpful to me. now i'm something clear that only permanent residential address is workable to have a paypal account. by the way i heard that if i'm from a country which are not paypal listed country, can get a paypal account and can buy with deposit/ worth amount from any ebuy, but can't get paid cash or can't get transfer facility to any other Bank. is this information is correct or wrong ? oh what if i have a bank account in china ?

For the others, it may not possible to create the account.While creating the account , we see the flags of our country along with the country name drop down menu, in the very first entry.Our country is detected automatically it seems. Also there will be the name of the country if the service is not available and hence we can not even create the accounts with fake details. But you can get the help of your trusted friends for this, if your total transaction is less. But take care in this as there may be lot problems arise among you.

thanking you for your respond, i have seen that you agreed with 1st respond. but could your please advice me, that if i already got a bank account in china ICCB. is this workable with paypal or not ? if not then please advice me, how can i use my mylot earning ?

i think it is not possible ..that you are residential of bangladesh and you wana gave address of china.. i think..mylot doesn't allow this..if you are want address in bangladesh then it possible..otherwise..not possible..and i agree with first answer..

what if i don't use my china address. i do everything with my permanent residential address in Bangladesh ? can i use my mylot and other online's earing to buy something via any other ebuy site, who accept paypal payment ? if its also not possible then it will really unless for me to get earn from mylot or other similar site.
