For me,I'm not against it , if they feel or they think they are much more stable starting a family after 40 then so be it.It depends on how ready you are to face the consequences of starting a family.Ika nga rin sabi nla, life starts at 40... how much more after ...

Age really doesn't matter when it comes to starting a family. The question is does the couple have maturity and preparedness when they commit to it? To those who would like to have children, ideal age to start a family is in the mid twenties so they can enjoy and the're still around to enjoy their grand children.

If that family thinks they can do it and are fully aware of all the high risks behind pregnancy at that age, then I say go for it. I could not imagine having a baby at 40. I like that my boys will graduate high school and I will have time to enjoy the rest of my life with my hubby and my grown boys.
